2025 chrysler pacifica Despite constantly increasing competition from three-row SUVs, minivans are still one of the best vehicles for extra passenger space. The Chrysler Pacifica stands out in its class with its innovative Stow 'n Go seating, which turns second and third-row passenger space into a large cargo area in seconds and seating for up to eight passengers.

Since its introduction in 2017, the Pacifica has seen significant updates with each new model year. The 2025 version is no different. While the overall design hasn't changed much from the 2024 model, the 2025 Pacifica still has exciting new updates. This Chrysler Pacifica review from our team at Ciocca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) of Hanover compares the 2025 and 2024 models.

Interior Enhancements and Comfort Features

The 2025 Chrysler Pacifica's interior space, comfort, and storage are still its strongest features. One aspect that makes it a better passenger carrier than a three-row SUV is its exceptional access. With its large doors, low doorsills, and high headliner, getting in and out is easy for people of all sizes and ages. The seating arrangement provides ample head and legroom for everyone, and the supportive cushioning keeps you comfortable on long drives.

The Pacifica's suspension system glides over bumpy roads while also being stiff enough for precise cornering, and the insulation system keeps the cabin quiet by blocking engine, road, and wind noises. The Pacifica's exceptional interior storage provides plenty of small storage spaces throughout the cabin and more than enough space for luggage behind the third row. If you ever need more, the Stow 'n Go seats fold into the floor in seconds.

A Streamlined Trim Configuration

While the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica offered five trims, the updated 2025 configuration only includes three: the Select, Limited, and Pinnacle. Many previously optional features, such as the auto-dimming rearview mirror, universal garage door opener, and premium interior carpets, now come standard on the base Select model. Other features include:

  • Select: Automatic LED headlights, a power liftgate and power-sliding rear doors, remote engine starting, heated steering wheel and front seats, and keyless entry and start
  • Limited: A spectacular panoramic sunroof, power-folding side mirrors, hands-free liftgate, and the S Appearance Package, which includes a dark exterior trim, special badges, alloy wheels, and black leather interior upholstery
  • Pinnacle: 20-inch alloy wheels, hands-free power-sliding rear doors, a 115-volt household-style power outlet, and an onboard vacuum cleaner

Performance, Engine Specs, and Efficiency

The 2025 Chrysler Pacifica's engine is a 3.6-liter V-6 that produces up to 287 horsepower, which is perfect for everyday driving. It comes standard with a smooth nine-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, with available all-wheel drive. The 2025 Pacifica accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in only 7.3 seconds, rivaling smaller sedans and hatchbacks.

The Select and Pinnacle trims offer an optional hybrid powertrain. It attaches two electric motors to the 3.6-liter V-6 engine and includes a 16 kWh battery pack. Although its 260-horsepower output is slightly lower than that of the gas engine, it makes up for it with an improved fuel economy. The gas engine achieves 22 mpg combined, while the hybrid version has a combined fuel economy of 30 mpg. It can also travel up to 23 miles on electric power alone, so you'll be taking fewer trips to the gas pump.

Technology Innovations and Safety Features

The 2025 Chrysler Pacifica's features build on the previous model's offerings.

Infotainment and Connectivity

The 2025 Pacifica features a standard 10.1-inch touch-screen interface, plus wireless smartphone connectivity through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The base six-speaker audio system sounds great, but audiophiles may want to upgrade to the optional 13-speaker Alpine premium sound system or the 19-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system. Other useful tech features include a smartphone charging pad and USB charging ports for all rows.

The Uconnect Theater comes standard on the Pinnacle trim and includes dual 10.1-inch touch-screen displays with wireless headphones. It features a Blu-ray DVD drive, HDMI and USB ports, and wireless streaming capabilities.

Safety

Active safety is essential for all modern vehicles, and this is especially true for family haulers. The 2025 Pacifica comes with an advanced safety suite to help you avoid dangerous road conditions. Some standard features include:

  • Forward collision warning: It alerts you to objects in front of the vehicle and warns you when to brake. It even brakes automatically in certain situations.
  • Blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert: It signals to you when vehicles enter your blind spot while reversing or changing lanes.
  • Lane departure warning: It warns you if the Pacifica starts to drift out of its lane without the turn signal activated.
  • Adaptive cruise control: It maintains a constant speed on the highway and keeps a preset distance from cars ahead of you.
